Below you will find the required form for creating characters. However, as long as you have all of this information in your bio, you can reorganize it or add whatever you like. Make them as nice as you can 
Explanation:
Name: Your character's birth name (IE Logan)
Mutant/Code Name: Your character's mutant or agent name (IE Wolverine)
Age: Your character's age (If you have permission from a staff member, your character can be immortal like Wolverine, but only with permission)
Gender: Can be male or female
Species: Mutant or human
Ranking/Position: Your character's place among the mutant rebels or humans. Take a look at the Rankings List if you are unsure what you would like your character to be.
Loyalties: Here you express where your character's loyalties lie. Are they supportive of the rebellion? Do they side with the humans? Mutants can side with humans and humans can side with mutants. Also, mutants that do not know about the rebellion or don't care can be neutral.
Description: What does your character look like? At least five sentences.
Abilities/Talents: If a mutant, describe your powers. If a human, describe any talents they may have. For mutants, at least five sentences. For humans, at least three.
Personality: What is your character like? At least five sentences.
History: Where does your character come from? Do they have family? When did they learn of their power? At least seven sentences. If you don't want to give away every part of your character's past, that's fine, but try to be in-depth all the same.
Password: Can be found in the rules. This is only required for your first bio.
