She was raised by the mutants whether their rebels or not is up to you. She was rescued at a very young age from a test facility. No she had not been tested on yet. You may read her sister's bio to figure out things about her.
She can have the Shadow power of her Father and/or the ice power of her sister. It is all up to you.
You must have her be very nice and compassionate. She must always have a sense of kindness no matter what happens to her.
