Description:
Shade stands about 5'11" with a muscular build. His outfit usually contains a long leather coat, a black half shirt and black pants. A silver bracelet with a cross is always around his wrist. He has a tattoo of wings wrapping around from his back to his torso. He has large black feathered wings, when they're not hidden. His hair is jet black with few white streaks.His eyes are an odd yellow colour.
Abilities/Talents: Shade has a very interesting ability, to say the least. He can harness people's life forces and energy to use as an energy ball. This ability takes a lot out of those who are used as sources of energy. After the energy ball hits however, the life force and energy are returned to their owners. He can also fly using his powerful wings. He is currently developing the ability to turn himself into a shadow using his wings.
Personality: Shade isn't the most social guy around. He prefers to be alone and often distances himself from others. A lot of people find his appearance intimidating, and avoid him based on that, not that he minds. In reality, Shade is a very kind hearted person, he just doesn't like showing his emotions. If someone is willing to put up with his distant attitude for long enough they might just discover the kind hearted, fun loving soul hidden underneath.
History: Greetings, I'm Reid, but you can call me Shade, everyone else does. I came from an average family, where my parents were both human and so was my sister. Growing up, my sister was my best friend, we could never be separated. It didn't matter that we weren't blood, or that I was adopted, we were still extremely close. We did everything together up until I was sixteen when it all changed. My mutant roots decided to show themselves, so my 'parents' called the hunters to get me, but I ran before they got there. Shortly before I left the house forever, my sister, Jessie, gave me her bracelet, which I will always cherish. When I did leave, I lived as a rogue for almost two years before I was recruited by the Order. Ever since then I've been developing my abilities so I can help win the war, and see Jessie again.
