Ranking/Position: Majority Leader or Owner/CEO of the industries that test mutants/humans and Make majority of the weapons for the USA government to use against the mutants.
He is a huge mastermind in his own world.
Loyalties:
To himself. enough said. He plans big. He works for the human leaders giving them what they want. While in the background he is doing his own thing with their "blind eye" of course. They need info.
Description:
He looks just like a very professional Orland Bloom. Wow!! Hots! Whenever you see him he will be wearing an expensive suite. He will carrying a very nice shiny black cellphone. If one was to see him they remember him by his shiny College graduation ring. That of course dated to make him see that he graduated at a young age.
He is always clean. One can never tell that he ever gets dirty. Which ironically that's all he does in his work.
His eyes are a dark intense brown. His hair is a very dark brown that is curly and is easily taken care of. Everything about him screams Hotness.
He keeps no blades on him for he has no need for them. All he needs is his cellphone, ring, and mutant powers. He is very powerful and one could see auroras or powers they'll be deadly scared of him. He is not to be messed with. He is a highly intelligent with knowledge on electronics, computers, biology, and much much more.

Well... There is going to be a long list. He is very experience at what he does.
Powers/Abilities
Shadow Elemental Power:[/size]
- Nightmare: He can get into your character's mind when they are sleeping and their natural mind protective shields are lower then when wide awake. He will break into their minds and gives them nightmares that prevents them from fully sleeping completely. Which if they got enough sleep they'll be able to think of "hey, I can use my powers here.. hey, I can escape!"
Also by using this method he forces your characters natural defenses to lower and lower. Very very rarely will the defenses raise. Very very very rarely I should say. In accessing their mind constantly slowly over time their mind accepts him and it doesn't fight him specifically. Otherwise their defense would build and get stronger. Those he just drugs up or torture. Or heck.. He'll do both.. He did it with his daughter. - Shadow illusions: Honestly I couldn't think of a creative name for this.. But with this power he can create these illusions.. NO their not details and awesome. These illusions are like a shadow of the former object. An example.. If he was to send a shadow illusion of leaves.. They would be black leaves with little to no details. It isn't very extreme and realistic that'll make your character wonder if it is real or not. Now they may not seem very detailed to begin with. Your character him or her will recognize the object and naturally make it detailed. Or imagine the thing detailed. Especially if they are creative and have an awesome imagination.. Poor Celeste she falls in this category.
- Mind control: Your body first off naturally fights him.. He can only use this power on somebody he has been entering their mind using nightmare for years.. Or else it won't work at all. Of course he did this with all the Human leaders.. Why else would he be in powered and not questioned? usually one who can be mind controlled is either a "successful" test subject that he has been visiting for years or a human he has been visit for at least a month in their heads.
- Shadow possession: This will actually allow him to go into your character's body.. If they are weak of the mind. This is only if they are weak in the mind. He can only stay in a body for a short{I say that.. really as long as the other rpgier will let him} time. Usually when he goes to take over the body they feel a sudden coldness or fear. He has to stare into your character eyes to possess them. This of course is his most secret and best weapon. Nobody knows of the fact he has to meet your eyes. Note: the meeting doesn't have to be a time limit it can be less then a second.
- Disappearing: He can turn into a shadow and blend into any other shadows near by. This is a way he can use to spy on you. His daughters{anyone of his blood}, other shadow element users, and light element users are the only ones that barely see him. If they concentrate after feeling the sense of being watched. Note: your character will feel watched or that someone is near them if he uses this power. So they'll be aware he is there.. Just think they are crazy and paranoid.
- Mind manipulation: I know I didn't really need to type this up.. Considering this pretty much is all the powers combined.. but I figured I'll say it just because I can. If he gives your character nightmares and breaks down their natural mind defense. He can insert things into their minds that isn't true. Like he could have made Celeste think that she fell in love with a boy.. He could make her feel even worse about killing the boy.. He just can put things into your head. Your character must of course already believe it somewhere. If and this is only if they were not constantly been given nightmares by Orlando. Otherwise they have to already be thinking it.. He would just simply be moving their thoughts onto the surface and concentrating it. They may feel him in their head if they have really good natural mind defenses.
Skills:
- Hightechacular! He can take about four laptops, a pc, and a high-tech cellphone and make a whole knew extraordinary high tech item. His talent is as good as Iron Man's or Tony Stark. Though he prefers other scientists to work on some projects. Simply for it is easier for business. He does keep the greater products for himself. He has a device that actually disables the mutant finder. He gives those to his personal assassins and spies or "successful" test subjects.
- Hacking: What? You think he can't hack? well he can and actually invents the technology protection against hacking.. So in a way he can break into his own systems. Since his company the most highest protection against hacking in the world.. I guess in a way.. He just makes the products fall under certain other products. That he gives to his "successful" test subjects and keeps for himself. No he does not sell it on the market.
- Phsycology: Yep he is awesome in the workings of the mind. He has to be for his power to work. Each person has individual traits. He has to figure out what makes them tick in order to mind control them.
- Biology: Joking!!! He doesn't have this talent.. He hires a bunch of lab people to do his tests and stuff for the experiments. His job is to get the money and the brains for the testing facility.
Personality:
He is one hundred an ambitional man. Why do you think this war is still going on? Because of prejudice? Honestly.. America is all about equality and why would they continue this? Well Whenever the leaders question the idea of continuing the campaign of executing and well hunting down the mutants. Orlando is there giving them ideas and getting into their weak defenses. Yes, he has to wait for horrible moments. Why do you think the presidents get grey hair so fast? The stress and well nightmares Orlando gives them. They pretty much are mentally unstraight by the time their term is over with. Some worst then others.
If it wasn't for the fact that every President has eluded Orlando on thinking that mutants aren't human.. Then there would've already been a war.. however, every last one... Sees a mutant child and there it goes.. That sense of humanity.. The kindness that is buried beneath hatred. They protect their country to easily. Which annoys Orlando because he plans to take over everything after both humans and mutants destroy themselves.. Just this innocence and humanity prevents that very thing.
Orlando is constantly holding meetings with both the mutants and humans. Trying to find a way to piss them both off. They of course both believe he is working for them both. When he truly only works for himself and his greater belief. That he should rule over both.
Orlando will go to great measures to get what he wants. He wants to control your character? Good he'll torture them till they break. A perfect example his daughter.
Orlando hates if somebody escapes or eludes his grasp. It frustrated him so much that'll he'll destroy everything that makes you want to live. He really doesn't believe in killing.. Just breaking.
He likes playing these little games with everyone. He let's them believe they are winning against him. When he is truly the player who is in total control for the playing board. He wants you to believe that you can escape and fight him. Of course when you believe that your simply letting him get his way. If it is the other way around.. He loathes you continues to torture you. Constantly sets it up were you can escape his facility or hands.
He depends highly on his powers. He plans to never find a cure. He has of course already.. Though he has hid it far form anyone knowledge. He erased all the scientist minds who had created it. As for the notes.. Well their in a safe in Britain.
History:
His father was a great man. He was raised in the light for everyone to see. When his powers started arriving he couldn't control them. Ended up disappearing for months at a time in the shadows. He loathed how much his powers could hide him from view. Of course over time he came to enjoy it. One fights fade.
When he finally learned how to control his powers his father sent him to college. Not wanting to deal with his very son's powers. Orlando's father was mad to find out hiw wife had the same powers and that his son inherited the powers. Afterward Orlando's father divorced his wife and never trusted nobody ever again.
Orlando learned to enjoy college. By now at the age of eighteen he had learned how to control most of his powers. Occasionally he did possess a mind without meaning to. Though for most times he could do the basics. He toke physcology hoping to figure out how to control his powers. The class taught him many things.. Not how to control his powers though.. It taught him that the mind was easily manipulated and changed. It taught him that with his power he could do many things. In a way he saw himself as a god. He could do high tech things.
War with the mutants was annoying and frustrating. Orlando had to be on his constant guard. When his Fathered died he ended up taking control of the company that helped fight against mutants. Fearing for himself he invented devices that could help hide his mutant abilities from most eyes and machinery. He of course after receiving started using his nightmare abilities to get a better grip of power. Each person he practiced this on the strong his powers got.
Many mutant subjects were brought in to his facility.. He used his powers on each and every individual one. He was highly respected and soon that respect grew as his power grew. He one day met her.... Oh she was one of the few that were as old as he that were captured rather then immediately killed. She was the most prettiest white haired female he had ever met.
He was in love with the women thought of her day and night. He would constantly visit her and try to get into her head.. She just had this incredible natural mind defense.. She fought him on everything never breaking or ever being manipulated. She was very rebellious and strong willed. She was just so precious to him..
One day he wanted her to understand how much he loved her. He let her out of her cage and allowed her to stay in his house. He gave her a huge dinner one of the most amazing foods. Things they didn't bother to feed the test subjects. She unable to help herself fell victim and ate.. Part of him truly wanted to just feed her and welcome her.. But his other side.. Just wouldn't allow it. He ended up putting a specific tested and created drug into the food....
He soon had her under control. The drug made her mind dizzy and unable to think straight. Easy access for him. Bit of a cheat you ask me. He created this total fantasy for her in her mind. He was a rich father who loved her greatly. She had everything in the world and was happy. They were a perfect pair..
They ended up getting married to live happily.. She after the first time let him into her mind.. Was now allowing him forever and ever. As long as she had that first bite of drug before her mind defenses clicked back up.
Upon their marriage she got pregnant. He got scared and jealous and wanted nothing to do with kids.. They'll effect his job... He began losing control of himself and lost control of the women. She ended up realizing everything was fraud and fought him. He of course won and put her back to the test subjects cell.
The women refused to eat anything. Making Orlando angry and abusive to her. He would constantly give her shots or held her down and nothing worked she never broke.
Upon the birth of the twins their mother was at the point of death. She ended up dying giving birth to the two pretty girls. When looking at their silver hair.. Orlando was in love again.. They looked just like their mother. Took after her. Had her same ice powers and everything.
When the twins reached the age of 3 their powers were overwhelming acting up. They had received them at a younger age then most. It forced Orlando to hide them in the test facility. When they reached the age of four something terribly happened. Orlando figured out he couldn't control one of the twins.. It seemed as if she inherited her Mother willful spirit and courage. This had angered him forcing him to hit the girl....
After that incident he decided they weren't his kids at all.. That they were just like their horrible Mother who killed herself not to be with him. Angrily he decided they were mutants and thus test subjects. His favorite second hand man of course found out and had grown to like the girls. He rescued the one that was abused first.
He found out that very same night of the little girl's rescue.. That Orlando found out through his head.. That the rescue was a huge failure. Luckily the mutant who helped rescue the young girl.. Ended up getting away.
Orlando furious killed his second hand. His best friend. In a craze he tested the only daughter he had his hands on. He made her think so many things.. He made her want to be like him.. He made her want to kill a total against her innocence. But he had her under his power from the age of four. She was practically his own pawn. One he planned to use to get his other daughter.
