Mutant/Code Name: Celeste storm. Though she knows everyone can easily find out a mutant's real identity.

Loyalties: She is loyal to her father.. Only because she has to be. Otherwise she would be loyal to only herself.
Description:
She has silver hair and these pretty silver eyes. Everything about her head up screams mutant. The only reason she is able to be working for the humans. Is because her Father is one of the head CEOs that make things to help capture and kill mutants. He does many experiments on mutants trying to figure each and ones weak points. He does do transfiguration on test subjects to give them powers. Only the cost is very high and drastic. They would have to swear loyalty to the humans and himself. They are forced to wear these devices that changes their molecule levels. Forcing them either to a lose their powers or be it makes their body get electrocuted from a molecular level rather then simple electrocution.
These devices also serve as a tracking device for the specific individual. This device is a marking on her right shoulder. It looks to be a tattoo. Each device is a different sort of tattoo. Hers is shaped of a small crystal.
Celeste just so happens to have one of those devices on. She was one of the very first living test subjects to have one. Yes, of course her father tested on her. She is a mutant and has powers. He does too but hides them well... So well very few people knows about them. One of those peoples are his daughter.. Who he has tortured many times.
Celeste likes wearing outfits that encourage people to look at her white hair. The clothing is sometimes a pretty creamy white other is they are purple white.
She always has this necklace on her. It is an electronic mechanical device that absorbs about 2% of her powers and converts it into mind messing ability. Anybody who directly into it forgets any questions or anything they were thinking of the time. She uses it only for emergencies. She always keeps it close to her.
Abilities/Talents:
White bird form:
She turns into this white bird.. That if flying in the nighttime seems to glow ghostly in the moon light.
Ice powers:
She can freeze everything in the air and seemingly controls where it goes. She is very creative when using her powers. She doesn't just throw ice spears or just aim to freeze the enemy. She uses the water in the air to make it harder to breathe by freezing the air. The effect is quick and it could make your character choke if she was to use this power in hot sunny weather. From dry to moist does cause the body wanting to throw up.
Anything she freeze if it is not froze to something else like: Buildings{strong}, heavy car, the ground, a while lake. Let me just say the weight limit of her lifting frozen things is three times her won weight so that would be up to 324 pounds. If it is above her own weight.. Then she will grow weak and fast. Meaning she can't plan to carry your character far.. She'll faint.
She can also unfreeze things. She can make them go back to their original water form. However remember she cannot control water itself. The molecules must be packed for her to control it.
Creativity: I said it before but I just want to make sure you know. She is very creative with things around her. A perfect example would be that one time she used a tennis racquet to deflect flying objects at her. Well until it broke.... Another time would be that she created a false trail of ice.. Since many seem to believe if you control ice your going to use it to fly and have a trail behind you. Of course that idea came form past ice controllers. She just happens to be one that does not do that.
Tennis: She's very good at playing tennis.. Don't know where she learned it from but she knows how to play. The only reason she cane play good is that she can focus on the small ball and it it with incredible speed and accuracy. Makes you wonder where she keeps all the spirit.. Her body so small.
Driving: She is a very skilled driver. She spent most of her life practicing this skill.
Knives, short swords, and daggers: She only keeps a small dagger on her.. Which she easily can lose. She has trained under professionals on how to kill people. Her skills of fighting are saved as a last memento.
Fighting: She is a very skilled one-to-one combat girl. Her Father had raised to make sure she could defend herself. She has trained under many professionals. Including her Father.
Personality:
She is really broken right now. She can easily be manipulated and controlled. A reason why she easily works for the humans and kills mutants without a second thought. She refuses to fall in love with anyone. Her heart still hurts and seemingly stoned from the time her love died right there by her and and his hands. She fights any emotions that could lead to kindness.. For her Father had raised and showed her that Kindness lead to killing and torture.
She however could not help but rescuing a black kitten one day. She was on a mission and rescued the kitten from an abusive mutant family. One she of coursed killed and stolen their kids. Who seemed more then happy to go. If you can believe that. She hid the kitten away from everyone's sights. The kitten is located in a small tree house.It is allowed to come and go as it pleases. She does feeds it whenever she has a chance. Though it has learned to care for itself.
The cat is constantly on her mind. The only reason why her father has never found out is because she has learned from the dream of her sister. That she does have the ability to fight back. She just needs to pretend not to. Then again.. That may be what she thinks. Her father knows about the cat. He also knows she still holds the knowledge of her sister. He just sort of enjoys the fact any day he could tear all that away.
Celeste is very serious when on a mission. She hardly ever stops. Mostly cause she believes she has no emotions and can do anything. One of the reason she is willing to flirt and get your character to like her.
She does have courage, kindness, compassion, and many more emotions. She hasn't been in the situation yet to where these emotions are overwhelmingly hurting her and tearing her apart. Then she has yet had to fight for her cat and her sister. Well and protect another.
History:
Wow.. She has such such a painful long history.It all started when she was separated from her sister. You see Orlando wanted to keep the sister's secret form each other. He hated how Ice was always so rebellious and naturally kind.
Orlando figured all this out when they were very young. He separated the two sisters.. One of his employers happened to found out his plans and test he planned to test on the young girl. That employer attempted to rescued both. He had sadly failed.. It wasn't enough time and Orlando did figure it out by the looks in the guy's eyes. The guy was able to send to get one of the twins into the Mutant hands before Orlando could officially entrap the mutant and employer.
So he toke Celeste and raised her to be a killer. He wanted to keep her secret from herself and her sister at the start.
She quickly grew to liking killing people. To practicing her powers and becoming an actress. She was a natural witch with a B. She loved it. She could manipulate anybody she wanted to. Without even having the influence power.
Before he sent her out to do missions. He did studies on her trying to figure out the mutant. He did abuse her with needles and devices.. From that she has learned much about the scientist and human minds. Which helped her be able to mutilate people and study their motives by studying their actions.
Orlando the head CEO, had sent her out on missions to kill and gather information. She happily achieved them. She wanted to please her boss. So then she could kill him and rule over the lands. Yes, she is just as nuts as her father at the time. You have to remember she was young...
However, time and time again she failed her attempts to kill him. So he locked her away in a dungeon full of other failures. She met a guy named, Angelo. She fell in love with him in that dark dungeon. She acted and he fell in love with her. At least what she believed to be acting.. It was truly her true nature coming out. Compassion and truth.
In about two years of being locked in that dungeon with her love one. Something made Orlando mad. it was probably because Ice had escaped him again. He went into the dungeon as a shadow. He found out Bella loved Angelo. He wanted to make her stop loving. He did not want her to become her sister. So he made her watch as he made Angelo kill himself. It was Orlando's dark powers taking over Angelo's body. Afterward he made her stab Angelo over and over. Even though his body was already dead. She blamed herself.
Bella broke. She was never the same falling in love girl again. She cried till no tear fell. Then she lost the feeling of true love and humanity. This brokenness made her officially the perfect pawn to do whatever Orlando wanted with her. He began sending her out with harder and more difficult missions. Ones that only someone who no longer cared could go onto. Capturing kids and killing their mutant parents. Mutilating business men and getting them to talk through charm and charisma.
Of course over the years Celeste's brokenness had began to fade. Especially as curiosity began to set in. She found out one day when out of boredom she looked through paperwork. One the paperwork was a picture of a girl who looked just like Celeste.. Only this girl name was Elizabeth. Celeste picked up and read the information.. It was a report on this person's powers and where they were.
Orlando stormed in.. Pissed that his other daughter once again escaped him. He saw that the one he had was looking over paperwork not meant for her eyes. Angrily He grabbed Celeste by the hair and pulled her down. He threw his Shadow powers into her forcing her to twitch and fight ravishingly with herself. For she felt as the power surged and tried to take control of her mind. Her father had been doing this to her for years. She had not known it. She always thought it was a nightmare. He had slowly broken down her mind natural defensive system. He did this with all the kids and test subjects.
How else would he control them without them knowing it? She ended up losing the mental battle. She had no chance. He took the memory of what she had seen. He had brought up her horrible past of stabbing her love... Of watching her love kill himself... Of the blame she naturally put on herself. A tear fell from he cheek as she new her dark days will return.. Though not as strong.
When Orlando released his dark shadow from her.. That night she dreamed of her sister.. Freeing her from the haunting that was to come.

2.Her black cat. She is willing to give up any information to protect her black cat.
3.Her spirit any mentalist that reads her soul. Will know everything about her. They can use that information to stop her in her own tracks. They can make her black out in deep deep darkness.
4.Her emotions. Even actresses can lose it sometimes. Especially when they truly fall in love.
Strengths~
1. Her power increases when the moon is out.
2. Her necklace. If anybody looks directly into it which she tricks them by the way to do. Then they totally forgot any suspicion or questions.
3. Her ability to act. She is a pretty darn actress.
4. Her fighting skills. She has been trained to be a killer! Watch it!

She has Schizophrenia
. Caused by having to deal with her Father's Shadow pretty much sense she was four years old. It officially made effect by the time Angelo died or killed himself.. Note in her mind. The mental Disorder takes effect if she thinks about Angelo or planning to do something against her orders.. Just a mental thing to follow her Mind Master.
Her symptoms:

Occasional but extremely rare.. Paranoia.
Illusions.. usually of Orlando or some one close.. These illusions may speak to her and she speaks back. When it is Angelo she believes that he is a ghost. Note these are also rare.. But not as rare as paranoia.
She doesn't know Orlando Black is her real Father. She doesn't know her Last name is Black either. Just that it is Bella. She only has memories of being tortured by Orlando, growing up as a test subject and assassin/spy, and her love's death. Which the death was planted by Orlando's powers. It never happened. She never truly fell in love or stabbed the one she loved. It was actually a very large dog.
