Name: Elizabeth Black
Mutant/Code Name: Phantom
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Species: Mutant
Ranking/Position: Skirmisher
Loyalties: Rebellion
Description:
Lizzie is 5’5”, thin, and almost looks as if a puff of wind could blow her away. She has a wide-eyed, innocent face and matched with long flowing silver hair. Lizzie’s doe-shaped eyes are a murky grey color that always looks sort of sad, even when she always has a gentle smile on her face. Her skin is pale and unblemished, except on her left arm. A black tattoo of sorts was painted onto her arm (a long number and a barcode). She doesn’t remember how she got it. She wears a size seven shoe. Lizzie has small, delicate hands and a cute heart-shaped jaw. Despite looking weak, Lizzie is incredibly athletic (or at least agile) and is good at using her small size to her advantage in a fight.
Abilities/Talents:
Phantom has a strange mixture of abilities. Her powers are not quite as well-defined as “ice” or “wind”, but rather muddled in the middle. She can levitate objects within ten feet of her body, and can also produce storm-like winds from her body (but her range is not terribly far). She has a minimal telekinetic ability that’s better for manipulating many small objects at one time. She seems to also have the ability to make herself weightless, passing through walls and over water. She can’t fly, though. Lizzie has the power to blow freezing mist from her lips as well, concealing herself and anyone near her. She’s not affected by cold, but gets very weak in warm climates without plenty of water for her to drink.
Lizzie also has the ability to transform into a wolf form. She can do pretty much anything as a wolf that she can as a human. Her body is untouchable while in that state, though, mostly because it’s almost like liquefying herself into an icy precipitation form. She can vary the amount of her density, making her look more misty or watery based on how thick her form it. The thicker the form the more physical things she is able to do. Even in wolf form (her “phantom form” as some call it) she can’t leave the ground.
Personality:
Lizzie is very sweet and optimistic. She’s kind-hearted and gentle with those she cares about, but she can also be very stubborn. Lizzie has a strong will, and displays a sense of justice that seems odd for one so young and inexperienced in the ways of life. Lizzie is friendly and open-minded. She likes to listen to people and doesn’t mind talking about her own feelings. There is rarely a thought that pops into Lizzie’s head that isn’t spoken aloud. She has no walls, no pretenses. Lizzie hates lying, so she tries not to give herself cause to do so.
History:
Lizzie’s mother died giving birth to her and her sister, Bella. Her father loved his daughters at first because they reminded him of his wife. But over time, he saw that they were both as stubborn and strong-willed as their mom had been. He cast the girls aside, and Lizzie, who was quiet and shy at that time, suffered because of it. She remembers little from the traumatizing months she spent as a test subject in her father’s labs. She had not been tested on extensively when she was rescued by her father’s best friend. He gave her to a member of the rebellion, who took Lizzie to a safe place. Her new caretaker had camped a considerable ways from her father’s lab the first night. Lizzie had snuck back, wondering what had happened to the man who had helped her. She had been present in ghost-form, then, when her father had killed him. Lizzie had run away in terror and when she reached the camp she fainted. The girl didn’t wake up until they’d arrived at the Order. It soon became apparent that Lizzie didn’t really remember anything from her time in the test lab. She could remember her name, and that she had been locked away. But she remembered little else, and still can’t recall her sister or the man she does not know as father.
